Dr. Annette Blake, International Secretary, Association for the Study of Classical African Civilizations (Mitchellville, Maryland – US)

Greetings Gentlemen Hotep (Peace) Need- less- to- say, when I returned home my mundane daily activities were on speed dial, but nevertheless, l would be remised if l did not take the time to pause and say "THANK YOU" for the wonderful 2017 Ancient Egypt Light of the World 22nd Annual Study Tour under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Anthony Browder and the outstanding professional services and staff of Travel House of Egypt! From the moment we landed at the Cairo, Egypt airport until we returned there to go home we were treated like "royalty" in the land of Kings and Queens. Our special airport escorts gave us clear instructions for visa authorities, baggage handling and TSA/Egyptian security. They were extremely helpful and every lady enjoyed receiving their beautiful floral greetings as we bordered our buses. My special bouquet was gorgeous! Our final airport farewells in Aswan/Cairo were filled with sincere hugs and best wishes as our 64 tour members and staff parted. I especially enjoyed the selection variety of our 5 star hotels and city locations. Each was unique and served our needs. I heard numerous positive comments from other tour participants as well. They enjoyed seeing the Egyptian weddings, social nightlife entertainment, several restaurants and nearby local stores. What can l say about the Sonesta Cruise except Marvelous! My suite was the epitome of elegance! It was one of the highlights of my trip! Both of the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable of each city's history, museums and the significant sites we were to see. Both went far far beyond the call of duty to accommodate the special needs of our group for shopping, "Sphinx Sickness" or handicap concerns with heat or walking. They were able to handle emergencies, questions, clarifications or schedule changes seamlessly. Gentlemen, as an experienced traveler, with many historical/cultural study tours to Africa, Europe, South America and the Caribbean as a tour leader, lecturer or logistics coordinator, l can truly appreciate your efforts and achievements. So, may l sincerely say to each of you and your staff "CONGRATULATIONS" for a job well done! Please extend my gratitude and commendations to your dedicated staff members. I shall look forward to the upcoming opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and the ASA Restoration Project.

I really enjoyed the caleche ride in Luxor. It was a delightful 90-minute carriage ride around the city and the outlying area. I also was WOWed by the balloon ride that was arranged as an optional activity. The donkey ride up to the Valley of the Kings should not be missed. What a fun way to experience the view.

I really enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend Travel House Of Egypt trip to anyone. The guide was fantastic and at no time did I ever feel unsafe in the country. It was a great time to visit Egypt as there were no crowds at any of the sites and that enabled us to get up close and really get a good look at all the country had to offer. Loved the pyramids and Abu Simbel.

Our local guide was remarkable. Very knowledgeable of the sites, sharing the local culture with us, his own experiences, always available, answering all our questions intelligently, attentive to each of us needs and sensitivities, in additional to being friendly and even tempered, and always smiling. His high-energy level never faultered once. What a great guy! The transportation was excellent. Good variety of restaurants and food. Experiencing the local food traditions was great.
